MODULAR MANIPULATORS - STAMPING

The purpose of our stamping activity is to provide you with all necessary equipment to carry and handle stamped parts in your press shop.

We propose our modular manipulators which components are fixed together, either interlocked or screwed, to combine both modularity and solidity.
All the components are either in aluminum or composite (carbon fiber and specific plastics).

Our wide range of standard components can also be used for the assembly of:

- shuttles and dead stations
- destackers
- rotate/turnover equipment
- separators

To allow the connection between the head of a robot, or a mechanical arm, and the manipulator, we have designed a range of coupling equipment:

- aluminum, or aluminum and carbon fiber, 'E' crossbeam
- aluminum, or aluminum and carbon fiber, 'T' crossbeam
- manual and automatic interfaces.

We also manufacture storage equipment for manipulators, either fixed equipment or cart. In addition, we also have the possibility to manufacture storage equipment to be located alongside the stamping lines.

We can offer partial or global services according to the following options:

- Supply of components to be assembled by the customer,
- Design of manipulators with drawings and part list,
- Delivery of assembled manipulators,
- Pre-adjusting in our workshop,
- Manufacturing of manipulators with samples of pieces to be stamped,
